What to Expect to Feel

Each session brings an individualized experience.

You may feel lighter, empowered, and more balanced. You may feel confident, or have a sense of direction to move towards. You may experience yawning, sleepiness, sweating, thirst, or a burst of energy or emotions. 

You may feel nothing at all during the session. 

All of these are normal reactions. 

You will have a shift of energy that will continue to balance and move during and after the session. Even if you do not have a physical reaction, you will begin to notice things after the session is completed, as you move closer to the authentic alignment of your passion and purpose.
